On Friday 25th of May 2025 Erhuvwu r Urhobo/ Integrity group (a.K.a) Advocate for lbori visited His Royal Highness, ASAKPA THE lll the King of QKPARABE KINGDOM
The president of ERHUVWU R URHOBO, the person of Dr Joel E.U .O Edjutememuh sensitised the king on need to plead for pardon for our Urhobo illustrious son, father, His Excellency Chief James Onanefe Ibori formal Executive Governor of Delta
Though certain allegations was alleged against him , he still remains the best governor in Delta State, of which emphasis was laid on his works that we are enjoying till date, the likes of good Roads, the 13 percent derivation that deltans enjoys today were all effort of our father chief Onanefe lbori and urges all prominent sons and daughters, kings and nobles in Urhobo Nation, Delta State, and Nigeria at large to stand up to support this great move by this great bodies that are agitating for presidential pardon our father, a great son of Urhobo land so as to enable his relevance in the political space in Delta state and Nigeria at large
The Royal father responded by his speech, He said Chief Onanefe Ibori is a Goodman, he has lienecy for his people that he is perfectly created by God almighty
His Royal Highness stated further that it was during Chief James Onanefe Reign as the Executive Governor of Delta State people became aware that the Nation Nigeria has money
He said further that during his reign he was not sentimental he created roads and built bridges across the state, and cited Bomadi road that was created by him, that he wants him to be granted pardon and become relevant in politics, if possible given national appointment.
The kingdom secretary stated that there is no contention as to granting the formal governor presidential pardon that Okparabe kingdom is in total support of the movement
