INEC IS OUR ELECTORAL PROBLEM IN NIGERIA!

WHO VOTES VS WHO COUNTS THE VOTES!

“It’s not who votes that counts, it’s who counts the votes!”- Stalin.

This resounding statement by Stalin must have be referring to the Nigerian electoral system where INEC has been dancing naked in the centre of the markets quarter.

Nigerians vote A and INEC counts B as the winner, this is the bane of the corruption inherent in the whole electoral system in Nigeria and by extention, Nigeria itself!

Of the lot of INEC chairmen we’ve encountered thus far in Nigeria, Humphrey Nwosu chairman of the National Electoral Commission (NEC). Appointed by President Ibrahim Babangida (1989 to 1993) stands tall, whilst the likes of Prof. Attahiru Muhammadu Jega (2010 to 2015) and Professor Mahmood Yakubu the current chairman of INEC, first appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari in November 2015 and later reappointed for a second term in office, are adjudged by many electoral watchdogs as a disgrace to the commission and the electoral process in Nigeria.

Fellow Nigerians, Now that we know the source of our electoral problems in Nigeria as INEC, corroborating all that Stalin said of Democracy as a type of Government ushered in by fraudulent umpires, what should we do in Nigeria to correct this anomalies 2027?
