Earlier today, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, arrived in Brasília, Brazil, to begin a historic state visit. He was received with full honours at the Palácio do Planalto, the official office of the President of Brazil, where a ceremonial parade underscored the importance of the visit and the depth of relations between both nations.

Conversations are already underway with President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and senior Brazilian officials, focusing on trade, agriculture, energy, and aviation. The visit marks a bold step in advancing Nigeria’s economic diplomacy, strengthening South-South cooperation, and delivering mutual benefits under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
